Four Sheet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sliced onion
    2 c. sliced carrots
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.
    Layer onion, carrot and potato over meat.
    Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
