Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs first until fluffy.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Put in after cinnamon, baking powder, salt, zucchini, nuts and raisins; mix well.
    Then add your flour gradually.
    Put into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Try to get small zucchini if you can.
    Remove seeds from zucchini.
