Granny Gibbs' Sugarless Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pumpkin
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    13 packs Sweet 'N Low (not Equal)
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 whole apple, chopped
    3 whole carrots, chopped fine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix the pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla with mixer. Add the milk, flour, soda and Sweet 'N Low.
    Add raisins, apple and carrots.
    Spray pan with Pam; do not use paper cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
