Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Fleischman's RapidRise yeast
    5 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar (level)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
    2 c. water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Set aside 1 1/2 cups of flour from the total amount for use later.
    Mix remaining flour, yeast and all other dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Heat Crisco and water until very warm and Crisco is melted.
    Stir warm liquids into dry ingredients.
    Mix in egg. Knead in 1 cup of the remaining flour; form into a ball.
    Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
    After 10 minutes, knead in the 1/2 cup remaining flour and shape into two greased loaf pans.
    Cover and let rise for about 45 minutes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes.
