Banana Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. potato flour
    1/2 c. soy flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. mashed banana
    1 Tbsp. or pkg. yeast, softened in 2 Tbsp. warm water
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
Preparation
    Place cornmeal, wheat germ, potato flour, soy flour and softened
    yeast in a bowl.\tIn another bowl, beat the eggs and all other
    ingredients.
    Add the dry ingredients to the moist mixture and mix well.
    Place in prepared 9 x 5 x 2-inch bread pan and let rise about 1 hour.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Yield:
    1 loaf.
