Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar and oil; beat well.
    Add vanilla, cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder.
    Mix well.
    Add flour; mix.
    Add zucchini; mix.
    Pour in a greased bundt pan or two loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool on rack.
    Can be frozen.
