Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. soft shortening
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. Pet milk
Preparation

Sift together flour and salt.
Mix in with spoon rolled oats. Put into bowl
and\tmix
until
creamy
the shortening, vanilla and brown sugar.
Beat
eggs,
add milk.
Mix in flour mixture about 1/3 at a
time.
Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake
in
375\u00b0 oven about 12 minutes or until light brown.
