Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    2 large eggs
    2 zucchini
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shelled pecans
    1 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Process in La Machine a little at a time (in thirds).
    Pour into prepared loaf pan (butter and flour, then add a piece of wax paper, buttered, to the bottom of pan).
    Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
