Carrot Cake(Self-Rising Flour) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. finely shredded carrots
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients.
    Add Wesson oil, eggs and carrots; beat well.
    Pour into two 9-inch pans or three 8-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool.
