Banana And Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped fine
2 c. or 4 large mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients. Add nuts and set aside.
Mix sugar, oil, eggs, bananas and pineapple.
Stir in vanilla and stir into dry ingredients until well mixed.
Pour into two greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
This bread freezes well.
