Carrot-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Sift together into large mixing bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Then add salad oil, eggs, shredded carrots, pineapple, vanilla and nuts.
Beat until well mixed.
Bake in greased and floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
