Roasted Onions And Potatoes(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Russet potatoes, cut into wedges
    2 onions, cut into chunks
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 (1.2 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
    1 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
    1 tsp. oregano, crumbled
    1 tsp. dried marjoram, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large roasting pan.
    Toss well. Bake at 450\u00b0 until potatoes are crisp and golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 1 1/4 hours.
    Season potatoes to taste with salt and pepper.
