Pumpkin-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. coarsely ground walnuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl beat the eggs.
    Add pumpkin, sugar, oil and water; mix well.
    Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add all at once to first mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured 5 x 9-inch bread pans at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
    Great served with cream cheese.
