Corned Beef Dinner For St. Patrick'S Day(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. corned beef brisket
    6 or 8 medium white potatoes
    12 or 15 medium sized carrots
    1 medium head cabbage, cut in wedges
    1/4 c. melted butter and minced parsley
Preparation
    Wipe brisket with a damp paper towel.
    Put in pot and cover with water.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat, cover pan tightly and cook 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
    In the meantime, prepare vegetables.
