Banana Bread #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 well crushed ripe bananas
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, one at a time, and mix well. Add flour, soda and salt. Last, add slowly bananas and chopped nuts. Pour into greased and floured 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. I used a toothpick to check if done in order to keep moisture right (not to overbake).
