Coffee Can Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pared, diced apples
    1 c. pecan pieces
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. butter, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    In a medium bowl, mix together apples, pecans and sugar.
    Let stand 1 hour but stir frequently.
