Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced yellow summer squash
    1 large chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender.
    Drain liquid.
    Mash squash and onion.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Blend thoroughly.
