Bar-B-Que For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger or roast beef
    5 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 tsp. chili pepper
    6 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 c. celery, chopped
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 bottle barbecue sauce
    5 onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef and drain off fat.
    Add other ingredients and cook for
    about
    3
    hours.
    If
    using roast beef, chop, after cooking. I
    use
    ground
    chuck and cook in crock-pot on high. Serve on buns.
