Chocolate Peanut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chunk-style peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) can salted peanuts (cocktail)
2 eggs

Preparation

Cream shortening, butter and peanut butter together.
Add sugar and eggs, beating thoroughly.
Add flour and soda (sifted together).
Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes in slow oven at 350\u00b0.
