Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
    10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 oz. chopped pimento, drained
    2.8 oz. Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of the onions.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Preparation time: 5 minutes.
