Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. wide noodles
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg (ground)
    4 tsp. butter or margarine, divided
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 lb. dry cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon and sugar to taste
Preparation
    Grease 13-inch Pyrex baking dish.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Add 2 teaspoons butter or margarine.
    Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, eggs, nutmeg, sugar and salt (if desired).
    Fold into buttered noodles and add raisins.
