Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix together and put out on floured board and knead.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Pinch off and pull apart pieces big enough to roll out to the size of a tostada shell.
    Roll out each piece and fry in deep fat until light brown.
    Turn only once.
