Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. or less sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. (or much less) raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla to eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix all ingredients in order given. Add 1 cup (or much less) raisins and walnuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in 2 well-greased loaf pans plus 1 baking powder can, greased and filled 1/2 full.
    Cool before removing from pans.
