Rice Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, cut into strips
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 cans Cajun style stewed tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra
    1/2 lb. pork, cut into thin strips or canned tuna or any meat desired, cooked
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until tender-crisp.
    Add tomatoes, okra and cooked meat.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover.
    Serve hot.
