Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins and nuts
Preparation
    Mix in the order given and bake in 2 greased loaf pans for 50 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    When done, bread freezes very well.
