Crab Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 sm. onion
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. whole milk
1 med. tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 sm. bell pepper, seeded and chopped
3/4 c. fresh parsley, snipped, divided
1 t. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
4 oz. flake of leg style imitation crab meat, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Chop onion and combine with garlic, cheese and milk, mix well. Spread cheese mixture over bottom of 8 inch pan. Coarsely chopped tomato and bell pepper. Finely snip parsley. Combine tomato, bell pepper, 2 T. parsley, lemon juice and salt. Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Top with crabmeat. Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
