Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Grease 3 loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place all ingredients in bowl, except for nuts, and beat with electric beater until creamy.
Add nuts and pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Yields 3 loaves.
