Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    4 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix all ingredients together; as you do for biscuit dough.
    Put wax paper and then a towel over bowl.
    Let stand and rise for 1 1/2 hours.
    Knead dough until stiff, using 1/2 cup flour.
    Place in a greased loaf pan.
    Brush with melted butter and let rise for 2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
