Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Stir in nuts and orange peel.
    Mix egg, orange juice and salad oil in a small bowl.
    Add liquid mixture to dry mix and blend well.
    Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 1 loaf.
