Ingredients

1 (11 to 14 lb.) whole bone-in smoked ham with rind
whole cloves
1 3/4 c. water
1/2 c. bourbon
1 c. packed dark brown sugar
1 3/4 c. apple cider
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation

Place unwrapped ham on rack in large roasting pan. Let stand at room temperature 2 hours.
