Butterscotch Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients; set aside.
Combine bananas, sugar, eggs and butter; blend well.
Alternately blend in flour and milk.
Stir in pecans and butterscotch morsels.
Pour in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup finely chopped pecan pieces on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
Cool 30 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
