Cake Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 egg white, beaten stiff
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. melted chocolate (optional)
Preparation

Cream shortening.
Add confectioners sugar; add egg whites and beat well.
Add vanilla or other desired flavoring.
Beat until smooth; spread on cake.
