Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. molasses (Grandma's)
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. soda
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream together margarine, sugar, egg and molasses until mixture is smooth.
Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture; mix well.
Stir in chopped pecans.
