Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cabbage, cut in bite size pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 lb. white cheese
    buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Cover the cabbage with 1-quart boiling water.
    Add the salt; boil 5 minutes, drain dry.
    In the melted oleo, add flour and stir well.
    Add milk and cook until thickens a little.
    Put cabbage in baking dish.
    Add cheese to sauce and stir until melted.
    Pour over the cabbage and cover with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
