Zucchini Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium zucchini, shredded (about 3 c.)
1 carrot, shredded
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
Preparation

In large bowl, toss zuchini with carrot and green onions.
In a small screw-top jar, combine remaining ingredients; cover and shake well.
Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to combine. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
