No Salt Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. soft shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add shortening, sugar and 1 1/2 cups flour.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Gradually add, by hand, rest of flour.
    Makes a soft batter.
    Let rise about 30 minutes.
    Punch down.
    Beat 25 strokes.
    Knead lightly.
    Spread in greased pan; let rise again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 1 loaf.
