Banana Popsicles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. carob powder
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. dates
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Whiz for 3 minutes in blender.
    Put in bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir and chill.
    Cut a banana in half.
    Use a corn dog stick or fork.
    Roll banana in carob mixture.
    Then roll in coconut, peanuts, walnuts or anything else you desire.
    Place on tray covered with wax paper and freeze.
    Take out and let the kids or grown-ups have fun.
    Delicious treat and low-fat.
