Fruit Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. raisins
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Blend together the butter and sugar and beat.
Mix flour, baking powder and soda and add to butter mixture.
Add beaten egg and gradually add buttermilk.
Fold in raisins.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
