Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked and grated
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes and grate or mash with a wire potato masher. Combine cheese and butter.
    Melt.
    Add sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Fold in potatoes.
    Put into 2-quart casserole. Dot with butter.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yummy.
