Buttermilk Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. bread flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Combine 2
    cups flour, the sugar, salt, baking soda and yeast in\tlarge
    bowl.
    Heat
    buttermilk,
    water and margarine until warm and add to the dry ingredients.
    Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Add 1 cup flour and beat on high speed
    for\tanother
    2 minutes.
    Add 3 or more cups of flour to make
    a
    soft
    dough.
    Knead about 5 minutes.
    Put in greased bowl; cover and let rise until double.
    Punch down and shape into 2 loaves.
    Cover and let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
