Cottage Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    2 c. cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. paprika
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    In blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, milk, paprika and salt.
    Line 10-inch pie shell with caraway seed and your favorite shredded cheese.
    Pour in cottage cheese mixture.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven on lowest rack for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
