Speedy Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. sliced and peeled cooking apples
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Spread apples in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Cut butter into remaining ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden.
    Serve warm.
    Yields 5 to 6 servings.
