Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. walnuts
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; gradually add sugar and oil.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add to first mixture and alternate with zucchini. Stir in raisins, walnuts and vanilla.
    Use 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
