Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
whipped cream (for topping)
Preparation

Combine cocoa, flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
Add egg yolks, butter and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add vanilla and peanut butter.
Stir.
Cool and pour into baked pie shell.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Within an hour of serving, spread whipped cream over top.
