Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter (2 c.)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In an electric skillet, combine sugar, butter and milk.
    Set the heat control at 280\u00b0.
    Bring to full boil and boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
    Turn off heat.
    Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
    Stir until melted.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 2 pounds.
