Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. walnuts
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients together.
    Bet eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until creamy.
    Add zucchini and stir in dry ingredients, just until moist.
    Bake in two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can omit nuts.
    Freezes well.
