Carol'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. soft margarine
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 lb. can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves (ground)
2/3 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix margarine and sugar thoroughly.
Add eggs, pumpkin and water.
Blend in flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour into a well-greased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inch.
Bake 65 to 70 minutes until toothpick stuck into center comes out clean.
