Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. orange peel
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    3 c. chopped unpeeled apples
    1 c. chopped walnuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat the first 3 ingredients well, then beat in the baking soda, orange peel, salt and flour.
    Mix in the apples and walnuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased and floured Bundt pan for 50 to 55 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.
    Invert onto rack after cooling for 10 minutes.
    Serve plain or iced.
