Ingredients
- 
                            2 egg whites, at room temperature
 
3 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
5 c. pecan halves
Preparation
- 
                            Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together.
 
Beat egg whites and water until it's meringue consistency.
Add sugar mixture 1 tablespoon at a time.
Beat to a stiff peak.
Fold in pecan halves.
