Rachel'S Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Brazil nuts
    2 c. walnuts
    1 c. pecans
    1 lb. pitted dates, cut in half
    1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Chop nuts.
    Place all nuts, drained cherries and dates in a large bowl.
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Coat the fruit and nuts with dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla to eggs and pour over coated fruit and nuts; mix well.
